The hotel featured beautiful Georgian architecture and a stunning, stylish design. The location was very central, providing convenient access to the heart of Bath. Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout the stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with some yet to be refurbished but still very good. Facilities catered well to families with children and pets.
