The hotel featured exceptional staff who were professional and attentive throughout the stay. The location provided peace, quiet, and easy access to explore Bath. Rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped for families with infants. Breakfast was excellent, served in a beautiful setting with a lovely garden. Spa facilities included a relaxing pool and attentive service.
