Complimentary refreshments, including sweets and Rocky Road upon departure, were provided throughout the stay. The location was very good, within walking distance to Bath city centre yet quiet and tranquil. On-site parking was available, though the fee was considered steep by some. Breakfasts were excellent with a variety of options and good coffee in the foyer. Staff were consistently friendly, cheerful, and helpful during the visit.
