Nice place, good location, close to Charlotte Street Car park. Easy to leave bags before check-in. Room decorated well, private spiral staircase to bedroom and shower upstairs. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of options, fresh fruit, cereals, hot tea from a teapot. Hot tub was nice too.
