Children up to 16 years old can use the swimming pool between 8:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 within the designated children's lanes and must be accompanied by an adult.

Children do not have access to the Thermal Suite and Hydro Pool.

Hotel Residents: access to the leisure facilities are allowed from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.

An exception to this is if you have a spa treatment booked before 12:00 on day of arrival or 11:00 on day of departure.

Day spa guests: access to the leisure facilities are allowed up to a maximum of 90 minutes both before and after spa treatments.

For dinner-included rates, a GBP 30 voucher per person will be provided for a la carte menu.

Please note that dogs are permitted in ground-floor rooms at a charge of GBP 20 per room per night.

We found the staff lovely and the situation lovely, with the hotel set close to town and only about a 10-minute walk away. The setting was beautiful, and the pools were lovely, although the hotel furnishings were quite dated. It was also nice to have dressing gowns and slippers.
