The property was lovely, spacious, and well equipped with a nice patio and garden. Parking was available on site, which added convenience. The location offered easy access to the city centre by bus or a 20-30 minute walk through scenic routes. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to local amenities, including places to eat. Assistance from the owner was prompt when needed.
