The apartment was spacious, clean, and well located within a 10-minute walk to the city centre. It featured two bathrooms, a king-size bed, and a modern open-plan kitchen with all necessary amenities. Designated parking was available right outside the door. The ground floor setting provided easy access along with convenient laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.
