We enjoyed a very special, old-fashioned Victorian-style stay that felt relaxed throughout. The decor was absolutely beautiful and traditional, with festive Christmas touches, while the beds were ever so comfy. Although we arrived early, contacting the hotel was no trouble and we were able to enter before the usual time, and there were extra special treats waiting for us on arrival. It is a very special place.
