The location was excellent, situated in the heart of Bath within walking distance to major attractions. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with some upgraded to family size or themed designs. Breakfast offered a great variety and quality choices. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodated early check-ins as well as luggage storage before and after stays. Complimentary biscuits and teabags were provided in the rooms.
