Very clean and comfortable apartment with air conditioning in the bedroom, well equipped kitchen, and high quality linens. Shelley gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and a handbook explained all appliances. The location was very central, close to main sights with Charlotte Street Car Park seven minutes away where parking could be managed via mobile app. Tea, coffee, two bottles of wine, and a sweet treat were left as welcome gifts.
